East Wing ASA Capital Pte. Ltd. (East Wing ASA), one of the Aoyama Sogo Accounting Office Group affiliates, has served as an advisor in cross-border transactions mainly with Japanese companies since January 2012 for Alphanam Joint Stock Company, Alphanam, whose stock code is ALP HOSE, has headquarters in Hanoi, Vietnam and its chairman is Nguyen Tuan Hai.
Alphanam and the group companies (Alphanam Group) have helped to establish manufacturing and distribution businesses of electronic facilities, elevators, escalators and industrial paint in Vietnam. Especially in manufacturing and distribution industry, Alphanam has a high market share in Hanoi.
Additionally, East Wing ASA has served as an advisor of Kansai Paint Co. Ltd. (Kansai Paint) and led Alphanam and Kansai Paint to reach an agreement to set up a joint-venture in November 2011.
